This week we’re invited to hear and obey a gentle but searching word from the Lord: “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth” (Colossians 3:2, ESV). The pull of headlines, responsibilities, and constant media is real, yet your life is already “hidden with Christ in God,” and He cares deeply about what fills your thoughts. As you pray through the prompt, take some unhurried time to lay your habits and media intake before your Father and ask Him to lovingly redirect your focus, so your mind is more and more occupied with Christ, His Word, and His kingdom in the ordinary moments of this week.
Where in your daily rhythm do you most need the Lord to help you “set your mind on things that are above”?
